I am so sorry for your loss. The death of a love one can be extremely difficult to cope with. Many have found comfort in the many promises found in God’s word the bible. Acts 24:15 has special meaning for many. There it speaks about the resurrection. By means of the resurrection our loving Creator, Jehovah God, will restore life back to those sleeping in death as promised (Titus1:2). Please embrace this wonderful promise of God during this difficult time.

Always enjoyed being around Vince. He had a mind like a steel trap. He also was one of the best auctioneers that I had ever heard.
He was always a fun guy to be around when we were in school at New Salem High School.
Beverly (Bob) Brown says

Dear Marlene & Family, being a next door neighbor while growing up, I always enjoyed visiting during summer vacation from school. Many memories were made with the family. I know Vince loved to visit my grandmother, who was also a neighbor. The last time I visited with him he told me he loved to hear my grandmother laugh. Some day we will all be together again in the presence of the Lord. Until then we pray God will comfort you all and keep you in His loving care.
Jim & Sherry Weir says
Vince was a neighbor and friend when we grew up and attended school both Richland and New Salem High School. We both enjoyed hunting and swapping stories as boys. He was an excellent marksman and an avid outdoorsman. I had the opportunity to hire Vince as an auctioneer on more than one occasion. I know he will be missed by family and friends. May God bless and comfort his family and grant Vince eternal peace..

I am so sorry I couldn’t be there but was in spirit and prayer. Vince fought the good fight and now is in heaven and rejoicing in what he is experiencing. I like to think that he and Bob and Pat are laughing as they are all together with no pain. God bless and Marlene promised she would come out here soon.

Dear Marlene, Jason, Jeff, Gloria, Joan (Mom), Carol, and Gretchen,
I have a lot of fond memories of my Uncle Vince – most of them involving dogs and/or guns, and some of the old farm. I’m sorry for your loss, and I’ll miss him too. Please know that we’re thinking about all of you.
Love,
Alan, Thais, and family

I will sure miss my Uncle Vince. He had stories that kept you on the edge of your seat! He was a talker and kept everyone in stitches! I miss those stories about the farm, hunting and Carl Barber! He used to call me on Mother’s Day. I worked an auction with him one time. I’ll never forget that day!
Thanks for the memories! I love you Uncle Vince! Your work here on Earth is done! I know that you are in heaven telling of fox hunting stories!
